Another day with clear skies for my session, but the Sun remains Spotless.  The features I have been following in the last few days are now approaching the Western limb.  The small bright area I saw two days ago near the SE limb is now much more distinct and can be seen as a small plage in Ha and CaK, and the faint prom in the SW can still be seen. Otherwise, the Sun is quiet.

Another day with clear skies.  The Sun remains spotless for spotless day 15 in the current streak. But the filament is still visible, although it has decayed a bit, and the area I kept observing is now approaching the Western limb. Today full disk images in the three wavelengths as well as close ups of the areas in Ha.

The third day in a row with clear skies during my observing session.  However, the Sun stays spotless again.  The filament and the interesting area in the NW quadrant are still there, so two more close ups to see how they are doing.  A very small bright area could be observed near the SE limb in CaK.  Maybe something to look for again tomorrow.  For the rest the Sun remains quiet.

Another clear morning and another spotless day for the Sun.  The interesting areas which I pointed out yesterday are still visible today, and are included in todays images again as close ups.

After almost a week not been able to image, today the sky was clear for another spotless Sun session.  However a nice and good sized filament could be observed in the NE quadrant.  The NW quadrant also showed a nice structure in Ha.  Today full disk images in the three wavelengths as well as close ups of the mentioned regions.

Finally the clouds are gone for the most part and I could image again.  Another spotless Sun today for spotless day 813 since Solar Max.  A nice plage shows in the NE quadrant in Ha and CaK as some nice prominences appear also at the NE limb for another quiet day on the Sun.

I did not expect it, but we had clear skies.  We seem to have a new region, which has not been named yet.  Its in the NW quadrant and I’ve been following the plage in my close ups since August 11th.  Late yesterday it produced a B-class flare, and today already a number of A-class flares, of which the largest so far was an A3 flare.  The two areas in the Southern hemisphere can still be seen nicely in Ha and CaK.  It also looks like another new region is arriving at the SE limb.  I can see two spots in the CaK closeup. So we’ll see what tomorrow brings.

A short time with clear skies today.  The Sun remains spotless for another day.  The pores visible yesterday in the Continuum image have decayed and are gone.  But the region as well as the two in the Southern hemisphere are still visible in Ha and CaK.  A little prominence activity was observed at the SE limb.  For the rest the Sun seems quiet.

The clouds have finally disappeared for my sessions.  Today we see a spotless Sun again.  But as I always say, there is something interesting  happening.  We see some very nice C25 polarized plages in Ha and CaK and in one of them, near the center of the Sun,  we see two small pores in the continuum image.  The one in the South shows a very nice filament stretching from one side to the other in Ha.  The old AR2771 shows now as a plage.  Today full disk images as well as close ups in the three wavelengths.

Well, AR2770 is decaying even further and hardly visible in Continuum today.  Currently it measures only 10 millionths.  AR2770 did however produce a B2 flare yesterday.  In addition, some activity seems to show near the SE limb.  A few plages can be seen to be developing there. Full disk images today as well as close ups of the mentioned areas.
