The clear skies continue and so did the spotless days.  The Sun is extremely quiet today.  I did not make out any filaments and the proms around the disk did not seem to rise above the “noise” level.  So today only full disk images in the three wavelengths.

Clear skies again with good seeing.  Another spotless day.  Some nice proms are visible around the solar disk.  Today’s images include proms in the SE and NW.  The reverse polarized area from yesterday has developed further and is now nicely visible as a plage not only in CaK but also in Ha but not in visible light.  So another close up today of this area near the meridian.

After some cloudy days, a clear sky with good seeing.  A spotless day with some small proms around the solar disk, however, a very nice prominence can be seen at the SE link.  In addition I noticed a nice reverse polarized area at -13.3 degrees in the Southern hemisphere and a smaller one at -32.2 degrees.  Full disk images today as well as a close up of the SE prom.

Another Spotless day. Still some small proms in the NE, NW, and SE, and a filament in the SE.  In addition a faint pore was visible near the center of the Solar disk.  Otherwise, the Sun is quiet.

Clear skies this morning for Spotless day 550 since Solar max. As always, my statistics are based on SWPC’s daily GEOA reports, unless otherwise noted. Solar Activity is expected to remain Very Low for the next few days.  However the proms seen around the disk in the last few days remain.  Also a nice filament can be seen near the SE limb.

This morning a clear sky with a spotless Sun.  A number of small prominences could be observed in the NE, NW and SE limbs.  Also a few small filaments in the SW SE and NW quadrants.  Overall, a quiet solar day. Today as usual, three full disk images in the three wavelengths.

Another spotless day.  The prom in the NE has disappeared, but a few faint and small proms can be seen on the Eastern limb as well as the SW limb and a filament is visible in the NW quadrant.  A very quiet Sun. Today full disk images in the three wavelengths.
