After a week of deadly storms and clouds, clear skies again with great transparency, but the worst seeing in a long time.  Solar Activity still Very Low with no flares in the last two days.  Active Region area a little less than yesterday and is at 320 millionths.  Three Active Regions today and the total spot count has increased and is at 23.  Some activity at the NE limb in CaK and Ha which developed into a B1.9 flare about an hour later followed by a few more B-class flares. Today full disk images and close ups, however the CaK and WL images are very low quality caused by the seeing conditions.

Variable clouds this morning with average seeing.  Solar activity is Very Low with no flares in the last two days.  Two regions, AR2625 a Cso region on the McIntosh scale, and 2526 shows as an Hsx.  AR2626 has grow a bit and is 140 millionths today while total Active Region Area  is 190 millionths.  The pore following AR2625 three days ago is barely visible but a new pore shows nice a few degrees North of AR2626. Today full disk images and close ups of the mentioned regions.

A break in the clouds with average seeing.  Solar Activity is higher today and is Low with two C-class flares in the last two days.  The new spot from yesterday is named today as AR2625 and today it is followed by a larger spot as well as a pore.  We’ll see how this develops.  The prom at the Eastern limb yesterday did lift off about 4 -5 hours after my session. (Too bad).  Active Region Area for today is 30 millionths.  Today full disk images as well as close ups in three wavelengths and the remnants of the proms.

Clear skies with good seeing for a change.  Solar Activity remains Very Low with only one C-class flare today.  Today a new spot is coming around the Eastern limb.  So with spotless day 45 the current no spot streak will be coming to an end.  A small prom is also visible originating from around the new spot.  Today, full disk images and close ups of the mentioned regions.

Clear Skies with average seeing.  Solar Activity remains Very Low.  Today is the 43rd spotless day since Solar maximum. A very small flare could be made out just off the Eastern limb in Ha and CaK, but no WL spots were visible.  Today full disk images and close ups of the NW as well as NE limb limb in Ha and CaK.

Freezing temps, strong wind gusts and terrible seeing of 1/5.  However plenty of time between clouds to capture some images.  Solar Activity remains Very Low.  No spots or Active Regions.  A small region known as HARP 5408 in the NW quadrant, a small filament in the NE quadrant and a few Proms at the NE limb.

This morning the cloudy skies gave way to an opening big enough for a few observations and images.  Solar Activity remains Very Low.  No Sunspots or regions reported today.  However, a small filament was visible in the NW quadrant and the SW limb showed a few nice proms.  Clouds blocked the skies  again so could not continue with CaK.  Yesterday marks the day where the three years passed for my Solar Activity analysis.  I am working on the last graphs and the analysis is finished and is being proof read.  I am excited about it.

Clear skies, with average transparency and below average seeing.  Today is the 34th spotless day since solar maximum.  AR2621 has turned to the far side and the pore mentioned in days before has hardly developed any further. This does not take away that there is nothing to see on the Sun.  There are some small filaments as well as some small pores.  Today’s images include full disk images and close ups using 2 as well as 3x magnification of some of the mentioned areas.
