Late this morning the clouds cleared up a little with average seeing conditions.  Solar Activity is Very Low with no flares in the last two days.  We still have two Active Regions.  AR2644 is an Eso on the McIntosh scale, and 45 is an Dki.  The active region areas are 190 and 260 millionths respectively, and the total spot count is at 13.  Full disk images today as well as close ups of the regions.

Cirrus clouds this morning with a number of contrails.  However seeing was not too bad, but interrupted my session a few times.  Solar Activity went from Very Low to Low, with three C-class flares in the last two days.  We have three Active Regions, AR2644, 45 and 46, with a total region area of 320 millionths and a total of 21 Spots. Full disk images today as well as close ups of the regions and a few filaments at the Western half of the Sun.

Clear Skies with below average transparency.  Solar Activity remains Very Low with no flares in the last two days.  However, a new spot can be seen just emerging at the Eastern Limb. The Sun shows some small but nice filaments so all wavelengths have something to show for.  Today full disk images as well as close ups of several areas on the solar disk.

The Spring Equinox Sun.  Clear Skies and the Jet Stream retracted to the great lakes area giving us good seeing conditions.  Solar Activity remains Very Low.  Another Spotless day.  A few nice filaments are visible in Ha, and the WL images again show granulation! Some nice and faint prominences, but too small and dim for the SM40.

After a few days of clouds and rain, clear skies again with good seeing.  Solar Activity remains Very Low.  No Active Regions, and this is so far the longest stretch of spotless days.  Today is the 60th day since Solar maximum and number 13 since the last spot was seen.  The Sun shows some nice filaments in Ha and CaK  and WL even show some interesting areas.  Full disk images today as well as close ups in the three wavelengths.

Clear Skies with seeing conditions a little better than yesterday. The jet stream has moved to the East but still leaving some remnants.  Solar Activity remains Very Low and the Sun does not show any Sun spots today either, bringing the spotless days to 57. Two nice filaments are visible in Ha today and a very small prom at the NE limb. Some small plages can be seen in CaK.   Today full disk images and a few close ups.

Clear skies but windy, and what was worse, a 130mph jet stream above causing bad seeing.  A spotless Sun again today (day 56). Full disk images showing some nice filaments in Ha and some plages in CaK.  I tried to image the faint and small proms at the NW limb, but the seeing conditions would not let me get the contrast I wanted.

Before the clouds arrived: Clear and transparent skies with average seeing.  Solar Activity remains Very Low.  The spotless sun continues today with day 52.  In WL the sun appears completely blank, but in Ha and CaK some interesting filaments and areas are visible, as well as a few proms. Today full disk images as well as close ups of the mentioned regions.
