Clear skies with average seeing.  AR2733 has turned to the far side.  A few small filaments can be seen in the higher latitudes in both the Northern as well as the Southern hemisphere. A very faint prom was visible in Ha at the SE limb.  Pretty much a featureless Sun today.

Another clear day with good seeing.  AR2733’s leading spot has developed a nice penumbra.  However, it has almost reached the Western limb and will disappear soon.  AR2733 covers 90 millionths today and contains 12 spots. We still see a small plage in the NW quadrant in CaK, but activity remains Very Low.

Clear skies with average seeing.  AR2733 is growing a little and measures 50 millionths.  The region produced a number of B-class flares in the last two days with the largest one being a B6.9.  Despite this, the Sun’s solar activity remains Very Low. Today full disk images in the three wavelengths as well as close ups of AR2733.

Clear Skies again with the seeing being below average.  AR2733 looks great compared to the image of the pore on January 21st with a size of 30 millionths.  In addition we are seeing another small plage in the NE quadrant in the Ha and CaK filtered images. A small filament and a few prominences fill in the rest of the  observable items.  Solar Activity is Very Low.

A clear sky 9 hours after the lunar eclipse with relative good seeing.  However it was still freezing.  The Sun showed a small plage in CaK and Ha near the Eastern limb and in the 3x WL close up the area showed a small pore.  A small prom was also visible at the NE limb.  But the Sun still looks real quiet.

We had a real hard frost during the Lunar eclipse.  In fact, I did not even want to go out.  However I wanted to get a few shots.  So I only setup my Canon with a 300mm tele lens and made some quick images.  Here is one of them taken just after midnight.

Another day with clear skies and good seeing.  Didn’t have much time, but enough for a few images.  Did see a very faint prom at the SW limb.  Other than that the Sun was featureless while rotation 2212 comes to an end.  This also is day 10 in the current spotless streak.

A Sun with Very Low activity.  An almost featureless Sun with just a very small filament in the SE quadrant.  I did not see any prominences on this 373rd spotless day since Solar Maximum.

Average seeing today, but the Sun is featureless.  The only noteworthy item I noticed was a small prom at the NW limb.  Even in CaK the Sun did not show any plages.  Solar activity is getting real low.

Clear skies with good seeing.  Three relative featureless images on spotless day 366.  A faint filament near the CM and two small proms at the NW and SW limbs in Ha.
