Today’s session was a hurried one.  The Sun had to clear the trees next door and one of the first cloud bands impacted by Dorian rolled in to obscured the Sun.  That’s the reason you see the Ha image with the clouds tracking through.  However despite this, you still can see the filaments in the North and NW.  Oh, did I say it was a spotless Sun?

Another day with clear skies and great seeing!  What else to report than a spotless Sun.  We’re seeing a few small prominences at the NE, NW and SW limbs and the filament by today is seen close to the NW limb.

Clear skies for a change.  However, the Sun remains spotless.  A few prominences today at the NE and NW limbs and a small filament at the NE hemisphere. Fort he rest, a quiet Sun.

Had to wait a bit for clear skies under average conditions.  The Spotless days continue, but a few filaments are visible in Ha in the NE, NW and near the equator.  Prominences can be seen around the solar disk with a few nice once at the SE.

No, this is not a dirty Sun or scope, this was a challenging session with thin clouds moving slowly through the solar image.  Another spotless day for the 16th spotless day of the current streak and spotless day 882 so far for Cycle 24.

Clear skies with average seeing.  What else today than a spotless Sun at the end of the rotation. This makes it a 25 spotless day rotation.  A small filament can be seen in the eastern hemisphere south of the equator.  In addition a few prominences around the solar disk.  Other than that, a quiet Sun.

Clear skies with a spotless Sun.  A few small faint proms could be observed in Ha at the SE and SW limbs.  For the rest the Sun seems to be quiet.  Tomorrow is already the end of rotation 2220.  Time seems to fly……
