Yesterday I intended to make a few images during an outreach program. Brought my table but forgot the DMK and missed the huge prominence. Today brought it and was able to sneak in the time to make one image. 1748 is the region that produces the M class and X class flares. (Left at the rim) Note that the orientation of the Sun today is different thasn my normal orientation (Did not correct for the Alt/Az at the outreach program).
