Seeing this morning was best in a long time.  Yesterday, several hours after my observing session, the old AR2706 are produced a B2.1 flare, but other than that, the sun is real quiet today.  The plages still can be seen in Ha and CaK but the region will soon rotate to the far-side of the sun. Today full disk images and close ups of the region as well as a nice southern filament and a small SE prom.
