I processed 50 images for the animation and had some real issues, so I decided to use the B/W images.  Click on the image which will link to the animation.  To get an idea how fast this prominance turns:  The hight of the prominance is about 6 earth diameters and about 15 earth diameters wide  at the top and the animation displayes the activity for a one hour period.

A lot of activity on the sun today.  i noticed a hugh prominance this morning next to AR1166.  But today we have prominances all around the sun.  I am working on a one hour animation of the prominance and will post it as soon as it is done together with the CaK image.
