Another sunny day. The sun shows the same active regions as yesterday, but the number of prominences has increased. A nice display today looking at the side of the sun and not to forget the nice filament between 1586 and 1590.

A nice group of active regions with 1589 being “fantastic”. Also we have an increase in prominences and filaments. Today a very nice prom at the South and Western limbs of the sun. Activity is on the increase again.

Carington Rotation 2129 did start on October 8th, but because of clouds, outreach and other things to do, here is my first image of CR2129. AR1585 gives a very nice display of activity. Three C class flares today with the highest a C 9.0

A clear sky again on October 6th with a repeat of the previous day’s regions. Also the interesting plasma structure on the Southern hemisphere was still there and looks great.

We had some rainy days and some schools to attend to. October 5th I found the time again to make some images. Today a nice display of 5 active regions with a dramatic display of AR1577 and 78 at the Western side of the disk. Also a nice display of almost straight plasma lines extending in the Southern hemisphere.
