Variable clouds and below average seeing.  After 2 spotless days AR2669 emerged.  A little larger than a pore and measured 5 millionths and consisted of two little spots.  In addition we could see some plages and some filaments.  Other than that activity stayed Very Low today.

Another day with variable clouds.  Seeing is above average today.  Solar Activity remains Very Low with no flares in the last two days.  The filaments are fizzling out but we still have some nice proms to look at.

Clear Skies with average seeing.  Solar Activity remains Very Low with no flares in the last two days.  Not much to see on the Sun except three filaments and some plages in CaK.  The solar rim looks more interesting with a number of prominences.  Today is Spotless day 82.

Had to wait until the very slow moving clouds cleared.  Seeing was average. Solar Activity remains Very Low with no flares in the last two days.  The two areas in the center look very distinct in CaK and in Ha.  In Ha we also can see the filaments as well as a nice number of prominences, especially on the Western limb.

Clear Skies with average seeing.  Solar Activity is Very Low with no flares in the last two days.  AR2665 has rotated out of view and the Sun is calm with no active regions.  This is the 80th spotless day so far.  Some small filaments and plasma activity can be seen in the Ha images.

Intermittent clouds at the time of observation, however the seeing was average. Solar Activity is Low with 6 C-class flares in the previous two days.  AR2665 is barely visible at S7W87 degrees and still covers an area of 450 millionths with three spots just before it disappears.  However, the close up in Ha still shows the “walls” and plasma stream above it very nicely. It is great that we could observe some nice Solar features in Ha, especially some nice filaments and prominences.  A very nice sun today!!

Intermittent clouds this morning with wait times between images and below average seeing.  AR2665 has made its way across the disk of the Sun.  It has put on a very nice show.  Today’s Solar Activity is Medium with 6 C-class flares in the last two days.  Total Active Region area for today is 350 millionths of which AR2665 claims 340.  Total Sunspot count is 6.  AR2666 shows as a very tiny spot today.  Today’s images include one filament and 4 prominence images in addition to the normal full disk images.

Clear Skies again with average seeing conditions.  Solar Activity has increased to Medium with an M2.4 class flare and 9 C-class flares in the last two days.  AR2665 is still an Ehi on the McIntosh scale but has decreased in size to 440 millionths and increased the number of spots to 26.  AR2666 increased a little and still is a Cro.  The filaments are still great and we still see some nice small and faint prominences.

Clear skies again with stable seeing.  Solar Activity goes back to Very Low with no flares in the last two days.  The pores from the last few days have grown and are named today as AR2666.  Its size is 20 millionths and has 6 spots.  AR2665 measures 540 millionths and has 17 spots but has decayed to an Ehi on the McIntosh scale.  The filaments remain very nice and the proms have become a lot smaller.  Images today again in all wavelengths .

After two days of clouds and storms a nice session again with good seeing.  Solar Activity is Low with one C-class flare in the last two days.  AR2665 is decaying some more and covers 620 millionths today with 17 sunspots. The pores North of AR2665 are persisting and look nice in the three wavelengths.  Some nice filaments on the Eastern hemisphere and both sides of the Sun show some nice proms.
