Hurricane Florence made landfall this morning in the Carolinas, but here in NE Georgia we had clear skies, with the exception of this long …. thin… band of clouds that did not want to disappear.  So under some less ideal conditions here my observation.  The Sun today is spotless but displays a small filament, a small plage and a few prominences.  That’s it for today. Full disk images and close ups of the mentioned areas in Ha.
