Clear skies this morning with good seeing conditions.  Spotless day 320 shows a few filaments in the center and near the southern limb.  A nice prom has emerged at the NE limb.  Images include the mentioned areas as well as full disk images in the three wavelengths.

Clear Skies this morning with good seeing.  The Sun remains spotless but we still see the small filament in the center, but the one at the southern limb is very hard to make out.  We also have three proms in the NE, SE and NW.  Yesterday late the sun broke its 16 day streak of no flares when an A1.0 flare was observed around 18:30 UT.

Clear Skies again today.  The Sun remains spotless.  However, the proms at the NW and SW limb still show nice.  Also a new filament shows up near the SE limb.

Clear skies with good seeing on my first observing session in CR2210.  Almost nothing to see today on spotless day 317.  Except for a few very small filaments in the NE quadrant and two small and faint proms on the NW and SW limb, the sun is blank today.

Clear skies with below average seeing.  No spots on spotless day 313. However, the filaments and proms keep showing at the higher latitudes, and today is no exception.  These are signs of being close to solar low.  Today’s images include a closeup of the filament at the NE limb, as well as some faint proms at the SE and NW limb.

Today lots of washed out con-trails all over the sky, resulting in bad seeing.  The pores at the Western limb from yesterday are gone, so the solar disk is clear in 540nm, although the plage is still visible in Ha and CaK.  Also a few small and faint proms at the SE, NW and SW limb.

Finally some clear skies again after a streak of cloudy days. Seeing was below average.  Today on spotless day 310 we see a few small pores near the Western limb, which show as plages in Ha and CaK, as well as few faint proms at the SE and SW limb.  Other than that the Sun is uneventful today.  It has been 8 days since we had the last flare which was a B2.3.

Clear skies with average seeing.  The spots from yesterday are named today as AR2724 and cover 20 millionths.  The two outer spots in today’s WL closeup are separated by approx. 11 degrees and the associated plages show very nice in Ha and CaK.  In addition we still see the very nice filament in the NW as well as the evolved SW prom from yesterday.  The active region did produce a B2.1 and a B7.1 flare yesterday, and earlier today a B2.3 flare.

The first clear day after hurricane Michael.  The seeing was pretty bad and it seems that the spotless streak is coming to an end.  Three spots were visible near the Eastern limb during my session despite the bad seeing, which I expect to be named an Active Region tomorrow.  In addition we see a small prom at the SW limb and a few filaments in the North and South.

The clouds cleared, but my WL image was still impacted by the remnants of the last cloud.  Another spotless day but the series of filaments in the South started to turn to the Western edge of the Sun transforming to some nice prominences. In addition a small prom at the NW limb.  For the rest it is mostly quiet.
