We went to Heard Mixon Elementary again, this time to let the students take a look at the night sky. Two hours before the beginning of the event the clouds subsided, but the humidity was very high and played us a trick or two. However the students took a look at some great details on the moon and learned about constellations and the summer triangle and they saw the satellite COSMO-Skymed! flare.
